Our Ameri-Shred Paper Metering Systems are designed to automatically feed our Heavy Duty Industrial Series AMS-5000 (50 hp) through our AMS-10000 (100 hp) and our Magnum Series AMS-12500 (125 hp) through our AMS-20000 (200 hp). These Paper Metering Systems are also compatible with competitive models.
The Paper Metering Systems maximizes production while reducing labor costs by automatically feeding the shredders at a smooth, even, consistent rate.
One operator can do the work of 2 or 3. While the systems is feeding the shredder, this same operator is free to do other jobs such as: weighing, tagging and stacking bales, loading trucks with bales going to the paper mills, sorting,
fork truck maintenance, etc. |

In-Ground Paper Metering System:
- Single steel belt conveyor design with a lower horizontal, incline and upper horizontal eliminates spillage of paper, belt stretch, weak belt lacing and rubber cleats that may break off
- Provides bulk loading from dumping boxes, hoppers, gaylords or with a Bobcat.
- 3000 lb live load capacity
- Easy cleanup, everything is kept within the pit
- Simple to operate key locked controls

Above Ground Paper Metering System:
